We are choosing the standard shipping via Thai Post, Kerry Express, Grab Bike, Messenger, or other shipping service providers which will take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive.
Your tracking number will be sent by us through a confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours before checking the status of your shipment as the system requires some time to update.We selected DHL Express or UPS or FedEx or EMS by Thai post office (hereinafter call “Courier”) to ship your products and your products will be arrived at the destination in 7-30 working days (tracking and insurance provided). The timeframe of shipping is depending on the custom regulations in each country.
Please note that some global shipments may have import taxes or duty fees due at product arrival. The customer shall be responsible for these fees. Also, global shipments can be delayed through customs for up to 6 weeks. We cannot control these delays and/or import duty fees.

When the product has been shipped, you cannot be changed the sending address. Please make sure you’re shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.
If you have put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your product has already been shipped out, most likely it is on it’s way back RETURNED TO SENDER.
We are not in control over the delivery of the item, so we do not know why the address would be returned by courier. The courier will deem an address is not correct, insufficient, unable to locate, etc and will return the product to us. You will be able to track the item being returned with your original tracking number. Return to sender can take anywhere from 16 weeks to be returned as they are not courier priority to ship.
In case the product is returned to the courier’s where house, if you would like your order reshipped to a new address, please contact the courier’s customer service directly and they can set you up. There is a reshipping fee just to pay for your new postage.
Please bear in mind that all domestic and international shipment terms and conditions are depending on the terms of the service providers.
In case there is any special requirement for importing some product(s) such as silver material, gold material, raw hides, skins, leather etc., you should inform us in advance and we shall not be held liable to and shall not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever if the product(s) cannot pass the customs and border protection in your country.
