In case, you are not satisfied with our products, you can contact us at support@bayi925.com within 7 days after reception of the goods. If any of your items are defective, please send us a photo of the item(s) within 7 days after reception of goods and we will assess the refund and related cost(s) on a case by case basis.

The time limit for claims of eventual defects is of 10 days following the date of completion of the production, except for claims about the order amount which has to be claimed at the moment of delivery. We do not accept any claims after this deadline.
